How do the project plan and master plan differ?
The project plan covers delivery within one project: activities, teams, milestones and dependencies. The master plan shows all resources across projects, with short- to medium-term demand and capacity.
Can we plan employees, hired labour and subcontractors together?
Yes. RessursAgent shows crews and assignments so that internal and external resources can be assessed in the same planning environment. With a linked Profile account, crew members can access their own plan on mobile.
What does strategic planning show?
It provides a medium- to long-term portfolio view of utilisation, capacity requirements, bids and opportunities for improvement. Financial calculations are estimates based on the data and assumptions you enter.
How is the platform package selected?
With an annual subscription, Basic costs NOK 799 per month for up to 3 platform users, Core NOK 1,999 for up to 10 and Business NOK 4,999 for up to 50. Prices are billed yearly. Monthly subscriptions cost NOK 999, 2,499 and 6,999 per month respectively, without the annual discount. Turn off yearly billing to see monthly subscription prices. Above 50 users, Enterprise is available – contact us for pricing. All prices exclude VAT.
Can RessursAgent connect to our HR and finance systems?
There are import tools, supplier connections, and API and MCP options. Data types, direction, system version and any custom work need to be agreed for each connection. The integrations page explains current status and options.
