The agreement sets the terms
The agreement applies when incorporated into the service agreement or accepted in writing, including electronically. Customer details and service scope follow the accepted order.
Personal data and ending the service
For questions about your own information in RessursAgent, first contact your employer or the organisation that registered you. We help the customer handle these requests. When the customer relationship ends, data is deleted or returned as described in the data processing agreement.
