Privacy on the website

RessursAgent AS is the controller for personal data processed when you visit ressursagent.no. We collect as little as possible.

• No analytics or tracking: The website uses no analytics tools, advertising trackers or third-party scripts. Fonts and images are served from our own domain.
• Language: The first time you open the front page, the language is chosen from the country the request comes from. We only read the country code provided by our hosting provider and do not store it.
• Cookie: If you change the language yourself, your choice is stored in the ra_language cookie on your device for one year. It is only used to remember the language.
• Hosting: The website is hosted by Vercel. As for any website, the hosting provider processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it against misuse.
• Enquiries: If you email us, we use the information you provide to reply and follow up. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Contact form

When you use the contact form on the website, your enquiry is sent to us as an email so that we can reply.

• Data: your email address, and your name, company, phone and message if you fill them in. We also record which button or pricing plan the form was opened from and the language of the page.
• Suggested name and company: The form suggests a name and company based on the email address you enter. The suggestion is made in your browser, can be changed or deleted, and is only sent if you submit the form.
• Purpose: to reply to your enquiry and follow up the conversation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
• Processor: The email is sent via Resend, which processes the data on our behalf.
• Storage: The enquiry is kept in our email account. Enquiries that do not lead to a customer relationship are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact.
• You do not receive an automatic confirmation email. This prevents the form from being misused to send email to others.

Data processing in RessursAgent

When an organisation uses RessursAgent, the organisation is the controller for data about its own employees, hired staff, machines and projects. RessursAgent AS processes the data on the customer's behalf as a processor, and only to deliver the service.

• Data processing agreement: We sign a data processing agreement with every customer before they start.
• Storage: The database is located in the EU, in Frankfurt, Germany.
• Sub-processors: We use Vercel to host the application and Supabase for the database, among others. An up-to-date list of sub-processors is provided with the data processing agreement.
• Access control: Users get access by role – Profile, Viewer, Project admin or Admin – and access can be limited to selected projects and functions.
• Traceability: Changes are logged with who did what, and when.
• Integrations: API keys belong to one organisation, have limited permissions and can be revoked.
• Encrypted transfer: All traffic to the website and the service uses HTTPS.
• Termination: When the agreement ends, the customer's data is deleted or returned as described in the data processing agreement.

If you work for one of our customers and have questions about your own data in RessursAgent, please contact your employer first. We help the customer respond to such requests.

Your rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you and to ask for it to be corrected, erased or restricted. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email us and we will respond as soon as we can, and within one month at the latest.

If you believe we process personal data in breach of the rules, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.no).

Using the website

• The content of this website belongs to RessursAgent AS and may not be reused without permission.
• Screenshots show the service with fictitious example data.
• Prices are per user per month in Norwegian kroner, excluding VAT. Final terms are agreed with each customer.
• We work to keep the information correct but cannot guarantee that it is always complete or up to date.
